About the role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Online Casino Coordinator, who will be responsible for managing casino promotions, game portfolio performance, player engagement, retention initiatives, and supplier relationships while ensuring an exceptional player experience..

Responsibilities:

·       Manage the online casino game library, including adding new games, maintaining existing ones, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

·       Monitor key KPIs including GGR, retention, casino bonus costs, player activity, and profitability.

• Plan, execute, and optimize casino promotions, tournaments, jackpots, along side CRM team.

·       Analyze player behavior and performance data to optimize the gaming experience and identify opportunities for improvement.

·       Build and maintain relationships with game providers and other external partners.

·       Oversee casino content, game launches, and promotional calendars.

·       Monitor casino activity for suspicious behavior and ensure responsible gambling practices are adhered to.

·       Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure the casino operates within legal and ethical guidelines.

·       Conduct competitor analysis and recommend new initiatives to maintain market competitiveness.

·       Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Casino Manager.

Qualifications:

·       Proven experience in online casino operations or a similar role within the iGaming industry.

·       Strong understanding of casino games, operations, and regulations.

·       Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in online gaming.

·       Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

·       Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

·       Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

·       Fluent English
